I woke up smelling a very strange smell this morning. It has not gone away no matter what I do, no one else smells it. Trying to figure if anything unusual has happened only thing I can rwcall is a very sharp sudden pain in my left temple which made my neck left side feel strange. Did not last long though maybe 30 seconds or less. Should I be concerned. This smell is driving me crazy though.

I started to have sharp stabbing pain in my temple today and I am 36 about 4 days ago my neck stopped haveing stabbing pains i had stabbing pains in it for like 9 days and it went away can a pinched nerve some were cause this ??
