Directions

  1. Process the four in a food processor.

  2. Add melted butter along with one tablespoon for making crispy and two tablespoons for making crunchy saltine crackers, respectively. Pulse till mixture becomes well blended.

  3. Pour in water till a sticky ball forms. Don’t add too much water.

  4. Take out the dough and place it on a board sprinkled with flour. Roll it till it is 1/8 inches thick.

  5. Put it on a cookie sheet.

  6. Put it in an oven at 400° F and bake it for about 15 minutes. You can watch it after 10-12 minutes. If the edges become light brown in color, take it out and let it cool.

  7. Break it into small portions and serve.
