Ingredients

1 avocado chopped and pitted3 tsp dried parsley
1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt2 tsp dried chives
2 tbsp Mayonnaise1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp lemon juice1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp white vinegar1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 small minced clove garlicBlack pepper for seasoning
2 tsp dried dill1 1/2 c of low fat buttermilk

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients into a blender excluding the buttermilk and blend for about 5 to 10 seconds so that the dressing achieves a semi-smooth consistency.

  • Now add a small amount of Buttermilk to it until it becomes just the way you want.

Tips
  • If this dressing is kept in an air-tight container, it will remain fresh for 4 to 5 days.
